The Grande Hotel Internship Program

This internship program is ideal for students of hotel, hospitality or restaurant management.  The program is located at two different hotels outside of São Paulo, Brazil.

Both hotels contain a world class Hotel School (SENAC)- an educational center that develops people to enter the hospitality field, acting by means of the integration of a pedagogic model and while you work in an actual functioning 5-star hotel.  At the hotel-school, where knowledge is both communicated and operated, students develop their capacity for analysis to understand and deal with unforeseen events, work as a team, and develop themselves with an eye for quality and high ethical standards. This experience enables students to detect real problems and to seek adequate, original, creative solutions that are suitable for the situation in which they are employed. In this hotel- school environment, students, teachers and employees share knowledge.  Students become employees and employees students, acquiring and thus disseminating new ways soft thinking, doing, and acting, in an environment where guests’ peculiarities make the process challenging.

You will undertake one course at the school but be mainly working there as an employee learning from different departments.
