Role Description

1. Updating and managing all candidate and client activity through an Applicant Tracking System and CRM
2. Advertise and create push campaigns across multiple platforms to attract new candidates
3. Preparing and formatting candidate biographies
4. Preparing and sending requests for feedback to clients
5. Assist in creating job postings
6. Compile weekly metrics
7. Marketing
8. Liaise closely with our sales and client engagement team
9. Create an exceptional candidate experience: every interaction with candidates promotes the Team Horizon brand
10. Assist with scheduling candidates for interviews
11. Create materials for candidate interviews
12. Any other duties assigned by your manager


1. Strong communication skills, both written and oral;
2. Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team;
3. Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic working environment;
4. Strong administration skills with strong working knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
5. High levels of professionalism and integrity;
