Role Description

1. To proactively deliver an excellent standard of customer service at all times. To use initiative and problem solving skills with customer issues to ensure a positive outcome is achieved
2. To effectively communicate information to our customers.
3. To proactively provide support and assistance to customers, colleagues and drivers.
4. To liaise with colleagues throughout the business regarding service updates.
5. To provide administrative and marketing assistance, including the preparation of meeting packs and mail shots, both by email and post.


1. Undergraduate students (3rd or 4th year)
2. Preferably has a prior internship experience
3. Team player with strong communication skills
4. Eager to learn and result oriented
5. Excellent command of written and spoken in English
