Intern in Russia
An internship in St. Petersburg will provide you with the great opportunity to experience the Russian lifestyle and gain some invaluable experience to put on your resumé! Its world-renowned museums, palaces, cathedrals, make St. Petersburg an ideal location to intern! The second largest city in Russia, it is known as the cultural capital of the nation and is located right on the Western coast of Russia on the Gulf of Finland. St. Petersburg is steeped in history and represents the interaction between Russia and Western Europe. It is also home to many multinational companies and corporations where we will secure your placement. You don't have to know any Russian to participate but you may elect to take a language class or choose our optional tour package and visit places like St. Catherine's Palace or the Hermitage Museum! Moscow is only a 6-hour train ride away too!
Custom Internship in St. Petersburg, Russia
Your internship placement will be customized to you and your goals in your chosen field. Your resume/CV and cover letter (describing the types of internship placements you would like and the skills you wish to work on during the program) are used to search for your placement. Our placement coordinator in St. Petersburg works with a large variety of companies and the organization you are placed with will be determined by many factors including company needs along with your education, experience, and background.

Housing is available in shared apartments around the city. Apartments are self-catered and located in the city center. WiFi, TV, linens, and a full kitchen are provided.

- Courses are Monday-Friday, from 9:30-12:45, with an internship after.
Any student interning in Russia for more than 4 weeks will require a Study Visa. Our office will provide you with an Invitation Letter for you to apply for your visa. The visa is normally valid for up to 90 days but can be extended up to 1 year. If you wish to extend your visa, please note that the following is required: an original health insurance policy, indicating explicitly that the student is insured for the whole period of stay in Russia, HIV test, 3 passport-sized photos and a contract of educational services with a date of course completion. (we provide this)
Please note that your visa will need to be validated after arrival in Russia. We will arrange for this to be done for you. Prices for visas vary in each Russian consulate in different countries and depends on how long you want to wait for your visa (one day - two weeks). Please note that your passport must remain valid for three months after the Russian visa expiry date.
