Paid USA Hospitality Program

The Paid USA Hospitality Program is designed for Foreign Nationals who desire to undertake a paid internship with a U.S. hotel or restaurant for 2-12 months. We currently have over 400 positions available throughout the U.S. looking for interns (See examples). Each of the positions we find will be paid or include a stipend. Hourly rates range up to $21 per hour with tips and accommodation sometimes being included.

For international students to qualify for a J-1 visa, they must: 

  • Be a full-time university student or start their placement no more than 12 months after their official date of graduation (Intern Category)
  • OR have 12 months, full-time, work experience in their field outside of the USA (Trainee Category)
  • OR have 5 years of work experience in a particular field (Trainee Category)
How long does the process take?  90-120 days from the time we receive your completed application.  

Placement Fees

Housekeeping

  • 2-5 Months:        $3840
  • 5.1-8 Months:     $4090
  • 8.1-12 Months:   $4970
