Intern in Valencia

Even if you are a beginner when it comes to speaking Spanish, you can Intern in the majestic coastal city of Valencia! Valencia is the 3rd largest city in Spain after Madrid and Barcelona and has one of the busiest ports on the Mediterranean Sea. It is a bustling region of trade and business, and a fantastic place to live and work! When you’re not working you can experience the best of Spain – the tapas, the siesta, and of course, Flamenco - all while sampling the traditional Spanish cuisine, such as Paella, which originated in Valencia. What's more, if you’re not at the beach, you’ll have plenty of chances to visit Sevilla or Barcelona during your many free weekends!

Note: Internships in Spain are unpaid.

I absolutely enjoyed my internship site. The company I worked for was perfect. Not necessarily with my background but for my career choice. The work I was assigned was something I had to work at but it was not too difficult. My supervisor and other workers were always willing to help when I was in need. I was able to work on various tasks and travel to different places such as the notary's office or city hall with my supervisor and other workers. I would definitely recommend this placement to another applicant because my company was just as interested in me as I was in them. They were very willing to give me tasks that I would learn from and that is what I feel the purpose of an internship is, to learn and get experience.
